I heard about two wonderful happenings this week. Both events tap into our imagination, creativity and desire to celebrate life.
Thirty pianos have been placed strategically around the streets of London for people to stop and play anytime they want to.
Jules Holland kicked the whole event off by playing a piano placed in Leicester Square which encouraged a sing a long by passers by. What a fantastic idea.
Everyone loves music, and most people, including myself, would love to be able to play the piano.
Even Christeve the Cat of Crickadoon....learned to play the piano with her friend Bumper. Here they are together having a wonderful time. Christeve is the one sprawling on top of the piano, absolutely besotted by Bumper!!

On Tuesday evening, BBC presented the first of a short series of 'Imagine arts documentaries with the heart lifting story of a London based contemporary dance troupe whose members discovered dance late in life. With determination and enthusiasm, the troupe have won acclaim for their performances around the world.
With an average age of 79 these men and women showed how as long as we have breath in our bodies and are able to move, we can still be involved in the 'dance of life'

Fantastic stuff.
A Bientot
